Damages & Shortages

Contact the delivering carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.

Vaccine Shipping Policy

Vaccines are packed with frozen Ice packs. Vaccines are shipped Monday through Wednesday . We only ship vaccines that can reach their destination in 2 days! So if you are oustide of our 2 day delivery zone on normal ground services your shipping will be upgrated to 2nd day air! We can ship vaccines Next Day Air for a extra charge.
